Itinerary
Upon arrival at Jammu Railway Station, meet our representative and proceed to Katra. Check in to the hotel and relax. Evening is free for leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Katra.
After breakfast, proceed to Banganga for the Vaishno Devi temple trek. This sacred shrine is situated at an altitude of 5200 ft and is visited on foot, pony, or palki (at your own expense). Visit the holy cave housing the three pindies of Mata Mahakali, Mata Mahalakshmi, and Mata Mahasaraswati. Return to Katra by evening. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir. Arrive and check into the houseboat. If time permits, enjoy a Shikara Ride on Dal Lake. Dinner and overnight stay at houseboat in Srinagar.
After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and check into the hotel. Visit famous Mughal Gardens like Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Cheshma Shahi, along with Pari Mahal or Shankaracharya Temple. Evening free for leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Srinagar.
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to Sonmarg, known for its scenic trekking routes and Thajiwas Glacier. You may opt for a pony ride to reach the glacier (on direct payment basis). Return to Srinagar by evening. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. Note: Thajiwas Glacier visit requires hiring a local cab/pony from Sonmarg at your own cost.
After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Gulmarg, famous for its ski slopes and 18-hole golf course. If weather permits, enjoy views of Nanga Parbat and a ride on the Gondola Cable Car to Apharwat (tickets at own expense). Return to Srinagar by evening. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. Note: In winter, vehicle will drop at Tangmarg; further travel requires snow cab or pony/ATV at your own cost.
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Pahalgam, known for its lush meadows and river views. En route, visit Saffron fields of Pampore, Awantipura Ruins (11th-century Vishnu temple), and Lidder River. On arrival, check into the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Pahalgam.
After breakfast, explore Pahalgam. You may visit Chandanwari, Aru Valley, and Betaab Valley by hiring a local cab (at your own cost). Evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Pahalgam.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Drive to Jammu Railway Station for your onward journey. Tour ends with beautiful memories.
