Itinerary
Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet our representative and transfer to hotel. Later, visit Mughal Gardens including Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, Chashma Shahi, and Pari Mahal/Shankaracharya Temple. Evening at leisure. Srinagar is famously known as the “City of Lakes” and “Venice of the East”, renowned for its scenic beauty, waterfronts, and traditional houseboats. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Srinagar.
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Sonmarg, also known as the “Meadow of Gold”. Visit the Thajiwas Glacier by pony (on direct payment). Return to Srinagar by evening. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Srinagar. Note: Thajiwas Glacier sightseeing is operated by local taxi/pony on direct payment basis.
After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Yusmarg. Visit Nilnag Lake, Mount Tatakuti (by pony/on foot), and Sang-e-Safed – a scenic oval-shaped meadow ideal for picnics. Return to Srinagar in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast, proceed for a day excursion to Gulmarg. Enjoy the panoramic views, snow activities, and a ride on Asia’s largest cable car – the Gulmarg Gondola (at your own cost). Visit Apharwat Peak via Gondola (Phase I and Phase II). Return to Srinagar by evening. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. Note: In winter, vehicle will drop/pick from Tangmarg Stand. Guests must hire a snow cab / chain sumo and use ponies/ATVs (payable directly) for local transfers in Gulmarg.
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds). En route, enjoy views of Saffron fields and Apple orchards. On arrival, check into the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Pahalgam.
After breakfast, explore Chandanwari, Aru Valley, and Betaab Valley (local taxi required on direct payment). Enjoy the surrounding natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. Return to hotel by evening. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. Note: Sightseeing to Aru, Betaab, and Chandanwari is done by local union vehicles only on direct payment basis.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and return to Srinagar. On arrival, check into the houseboat. Enjoy a Shikara Ride on Dal Lake (at own cost). Dinner and overnight stay at houseboat in Srinagar.
After breakfast, check out from the houseboat. You will be dropped at Srinagar Airport for your onward journey with warm memories of Kashmir.
