Itinerary
Pick up from Udhampur Railway Station and transfer to Pahalgam. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
After breakfast, explore the scenic surroundings of Pahalgam, known for its meadows, river views, and adventure activities. Enjoy the picturesque views of the Lidder River and pine-covered mountains. You can hire a local taxi to visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari (direct payment basis, as outside vehicles are not allowed). Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Srinagar. Enjoy scenic views en route and drive through Boulevard Road along Dal Lake. Overnight stay in houseboat in Srinagar.
After breakfast, visit the famous Mughal Gardens: Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Chashma Shahi, Pari Mahal, and Shankaracharya Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay in hotel in Srinagar.
After breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg, a premier hill resort famous for skiing and golf. Visit Apharwat Peak via Gondola Cable Car (at own cost). Enjoy scenic meadows and optional pony or ATV rides. Return to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar. Note: During winters, the vehicle will drop/pick at Tangmarg. Snow cab, pony & ATV rides are on direct payment basis.
After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg, known as the "Meadow of Gold", set against the backdrop of snowy mountains. Enjoy a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier (on your own). En route visit Kheer Bhawani Temple in Tulmulla village. Return to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar. Note: Vehicle goes only till Sonmarg taxi stand. Glacier visits by local cab/pony at own cost. After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg, known as the "Meadow of Gold", set against the backdrop of snowy mountains. - AC is not functional in hill areas.
- Personal expenses: laundry, phone calls, drinks, tips, insurance, room heater, etc.
- Extra sightseeing/vehicle use, entry fees, guide charges.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities, strikes, roadblocks — to be borne by the guest.
